Attached is a short version of the work presented at the USICH council meeting in June designed to amend Opening Doors.

There is a more detailed document on the youth framework, but it will take a while to get that out.

We hope you can help us get this into circulation. We are especially keen on promoting the youth point-in-time count and the intervention model.
