"As a past Board Member (1977-1982) and past Chair (1981-82) of the Public Policy and Advocacy Committee for the National Network for Youth, I have relied on the opportunities to network with my peers through the NN4Y. The NN4Y has helped me grow Bill Wilson Center to the $11 million agency it is today. We can serve more youth and have continually improved our programs to meet the needs of youth and families."

Covenant House California is an affiliate of Covenant House Inc. with 21 programs in major cities in the US, Canada, Mexico and Central America. As in past years, I would enlist the participation of the above to support the mission and work of NNY. I would continue to work to obtain the goals and objectives of the network in order to realize significant changes favoring our youth having achieved much success through extensive work at the local, state and national levels advocating for the protection of the rights of youth and the funding of programs and services addressing their needs. I would bring extensive knowledge and many years of involvement with the Western States Youth Services Network (WSYSN) to support the work of the NNY Board.
